I was wrong! :(

Well, I remembered after I posted the last one, that it was .4 lost. But yes, you are both right. It's still a loss! I got on the scale a few days ago and was so sure I had lost weight, hence the reason I got on the darn thing early, and when it said I had actually gained weight, I got depressed. I figured, what the heck, I already gained weight so I'm going to eat whatever the heck I want! I sort of did. I was so disappointed when I stepped on the scale this morning, I almost cried. But, I can't expect it to be less of a number when I ate too much of the bad.
Michael got my bike out today when he got home from work! I am so excited! I think as long as it is still working properly, that I will go for a small bike ride after work! Well, trying to keep track of everything! Even when I eat/drink something that is zero points, I'm writing it down! OH! If you like English Muffins (love 'em), Thomas has new 'Light Whole Wheat' and they are ONE point a piece! I also use Promise Light for my spread and that is only one point for a Tablespoon, as well. Which leads me to a question I've asked myself alot of late. . What man developed what a serving size is, anyway? I mean come on, I LOVE Peanut Butter and a serving is like one tablespoon!! HELLO!!!! And don't get me started on servings of chips and cookies, either! LOL! Ok, well I've neglected some of my work so I better get to it!
Thanks for the encouragement!

To add picture you do it in your blog by just clicking on your button on the top that shows a picture...then "browse" for your pic by licking it once you have the pic just upload.

Another way is to add them on the side in there own box ...to do this you have to sign in like if you was going to post a blog and select at the top "customize" then add an element. Then another box will open up that ask you what kind of element you want...find the one that says for pictures. Select the add button and it will open up a box where you can uplaod pics there and they will be in the box on the side of your blog and will stay there unless you change them.
email me at rooster70460@yahoo. com if you need help!!
Thanks for the sweet comments...I ate a piece of cheesecake today at lunch but thats ok, I am walking tonight...I can't deprive myself of EVERYTHING.....right????????

I know how you feel. I wish I had some great advice or words to make it better but today I don't. All I can say is take the .4 and move forward. The bits and pieces do add up over time. Believe me, it's all I ever lose so I know it does. Get on that bike and earn some APs you'll do better next week. And the next time you're tempted to get on the scale before WI just remember that it is evil and it likes to lie, at least mine does ;)

Swizzle is right the metal devil lies so don't always believe what he says. LOL Any loss is something to celebrate so be proud of yourself the little losses do add up to big ones. :)

Thanks Colette, I will try it tonight when I get home. I pretty much ate all of my points in one meal today. I really needed a cheeseburger! :(

Swizzlepop- Thanks, that made me laugh! I will remember that!

Weightbgone- I agree, the metal devil lies, not just to me, but all of you. See, I really weigh 120 pounds and you all weigh your goal weight, too! LOL I am going to make a sign so hubby knows that it is indeed "The Metal Devil".

Remember too---these serving sizes were designed to make fattening food look somewhat healthy on the label. They want you to look at the package and think "oh it's not as bad as I thought"....until you see what the actual serving is. Keep up what you're doing, you will get there!

Just checking in to see how you're doing!
