Well, pretty damn good week, if I do say so myself! I lost 3.4 lbs! WOO HOO! I did NOT get my activity points, however. I just couldn't bring myself to get on the darn thing! I was just too exhausted! My goal, is 3 activity points still, for this week. I KNOW I can do it! I honestly didn't keep very good track of my points this past week, so I was VERY surprised to see I had a loss! I do NOT want to do that again, though. It's too easy to get sucked back into eating what I think is good, but end up gaining, instead!!
