Week 1

My goals for this week have been accomplished!! I am so proud of myself! I received 3 activity points (WOO HOO!) AND I did not use my flex points. Let me tell you, it was NOT easy! I heard my husband out in the living room eating some chips or something and I wanted to get up and eat some SO BAD, but I didn't do it. I stayed in my room and read my book! A wise man recently told me to keep looking ahead to the end result of my goal when I feel I'm getting sidetracked. It sure worked this week!
I will continue with the goals I have, for now. As I become healthier, I will add more goals. I do not want to overwhelm myself all at once. I feel this is in my best interest for lasting results.

I know how it is when someone is eating stuff around you too...that takes willpower!!!
